CPN (UML) chairman candidate Lokendra Bahadur Ghale

CPN (UML) chairman candidate Lokendra Bahadur Ghale has emerged victorious by getting 214 votes in Chame Rural Municipality, Manang. Ghale’s nearest rival Anita Lama of Nepali Congress bagged 173 votes. Likewise, NC’s Munindra Jung Gurung has won as the vice-chair by defeating UML’s Kitanidevi Gurung. Kitani Devi received 160 votes. Similarly, Kanchha Ghale of CPN (UML) has won in Nechyang Rural Municipality as the chair by obtaining 627 votes. Ghale’s nearest rival Binod Gurung of NC got 461 votes. In the post of vice-chair, UML’s Menkhu Gurung got 611 votes winning the post while NC’s Angma Tshiring Gurung Ghale obtained 505 votes. In Nasang Rural Municipality, NC’s Chandra Ghale has emerged victorious with 584 votes in the post of chair by defeating UML’s Man Bahadur Gurung. His rival Gurung got 485 votes. Likewise, Kamalmaya Gurung of NC’s won the post of vice-chair by getting 546 votes while Maoist Centre’s Bed Bahadur Gurung managed 464 votes.
